Penser Appraisals did a thorough professional job. Report was detailed with information on the house conditions, comparable property values and all the other information you expect. The appraised fair market value was reported in the report. I wish they highlighted the value on the first page for easy access. It was buried in the report, and I had to go through the entire report to find it. This is just a suggestion to highlight the value of the property. I contacted HomeAdviser about a residential appraisal at 12:00 on a Saturday and Mr. Penser called me immediately and arrived at 2:30. He was very professional and polite and did a thorough job taking measurements and inspecting the house inside and out. I had my report in 6 days. Call him, you won't be disappointed.
