Great finishes did a great job. Our travertine floors has grown tired and dingy over the years as kids and grandkids tracked in dirt. Wes and his experienced crew brought them back to life. They were not only professionally competent, their customer service was exceptional. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. When I noticed some minor issues after they left, they came back and fixed them a few days later without any hesitation. This was the best experience I have had with a contractor in some time. If you are looking for old fashioned customer service and professionalism, give them a call.

Great Finishes sanded, sealed and polished my new cement floors in my home and it looks like marble. They were hard working, very polite, extremely ambitious and proud of their work. It took them 2 days, as estimated, I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism the owner and his two men displayed. I would hire them again.

We used Great finishes to seal our brick driveway & travertine patio. Wes and his crew were very professional; they arrived on time and the job was completed in one day. Wes came out to measure and discuss what our needs were and then emailed a bid that afternoon. We had other bids that were close in pricing but I felt confident with the way Wes and his office staff were easy to understand and communicated easily. I would highly recommend them for sealing brick patios & pool patios!

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had not had my floors professionally cleaned in years. Everyone thought I had Mexican tile. When I moved into my house in 2003, a handyman put glaze on it, which ended up flaking off. Great Finishes correctly identified that it was really ceramic tile, made to look like Mexican. So the floors were treated accordingly, and the true color and planned imperfections, to making it look like it s clay cousin, came through. The grout was thoroughly cleaned. The guys were polite, worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully. I recently had a flood in my house, and furniture needed to be placed back to where it was before flood, and the guys were very happy to do so. I would highly recommend this company.

I first met with Wes to get a quote for tile and grout cleaning. Wes was prompt, explained the process well and cleaned a sample area by hand before committing to provide a quote. The floors were extremely dirty so I did not know what to expect but the sample area cleaned well. My plan was to get 2 or 3 quotes but after talking to Wes, I decided to go with Great Finishes. The tile floors were cleaned today and the results were amazing. Wes and his team showed up on time, were very professional and very personable. Anna was very quick to contact me initially and worked around my schedule for an appointment. If you need this type of service you need to look no further. Thank you, you made my day today!

Small job, but president, Wes Clark, came & solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. Even though it was a Sunday, He did the job professionally and, graciously, was kind enough not to charge me. Can't recommend him highly enough.
