We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."
