Each day, they arrived exactly at 8am and would spend roughly 8-9 hours working diligently to complete this project. "I had just spent a small fortune having an Italian porcelain tile floor put down throughout my entire house, and had 'epoxy grout' used because of my animals, etc. The tile layer did a beautiful job laying the tile, however, he did not properly clean the 'epoxy grout residue' as he was grouting the floor (I have come to learn that epoxy grout is very difficult to work with) and consequently a day later, it became apparent that I had this 'cloudy' film or haze all over my tile floor that I could not get up. I called my tile guy who came back with a small cleaning crew and promised to fix it. The next day it was evident that they were not successful - the floor looked just as bad as before. I researched and bought and tried every cleaner that was suggested would work, but nothing made my floor look 'clean' -- I was devasted thinking that I had just spent all this money on what should have been a beautiful floor - but instead, I had a floor that looked dull and dirty. I checked out Angie's List to see if anyone could help and within a very short time, Wes and Anna from Great Finishes reached out to me -- and it was on a Saturday! Wes offered to come out that same day and look at my floors to see what the situation was and see if he could help. He arrived as scheduled and was very familiar with my problem. Wes took a lot of time explaining what the problem was, how it happened and what steps he would take to remedy it. He even got his samples of the cleaners he would use, and hand cleaned a section to show me what it would look like when he was finished. He then took measurements and promised an estimate later that evening, which I received. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. We set up a date for the cleaning. Wes and his crew showed up on time and completed the job within a few hours. I found two small areas (in over 2000 sq ft) that were missed and needed some additional 'cleaning' (different lighting/time of day shows things differently) and called Wes, who came right back the next day and corrected it, no problem. I would highly recommend Great Finishes for any flooring problems -- they are prompt, very knowledgeable, experienced, honest and very reasonable. Thanks to Great Finishes I finally have my 'dream floor' that I've always wanted!!"

"Ensel Tile was recommended to me and my wife at DB tile after my wife convinced me to get rid of our 20 yo ceramic tile floors ( I was obviously doing a good scrutiny of the companies bc I was not fully convinced of doing it) . He was one of the 3 tile installers we contacted and this is our experience: - He was puntual and 100% responsive to all my calls and text messages. - He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me answers to all my concerns. - His price was competitive ( not the chepeast not the most expensive). - His team is great. They are courteous and were careful with our stuff at our house. - Most important part is he knows what he’s doing and he makes sure to meet expectations set at the beginning of the job. He had a answer to every question we had and we were able to figure out every detail that came up during installation. - This is the first time I used them but I’m not hesitating recommending them among the neighbors. "John and his two workers arrived right on time and promptly got to work. John was very friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. He explained what they would be doing, so my questions were answered before I asked. They did a great job cleaning and sealing my floor tiles. I will definitely use them again."

"Mike's quality of work is exceptional but what really sets Mike apart from other contractors I have worked with was his professionalism. Mike promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me with an estimate, and a time frame when he could perform the work. Mike followed up with me on the exact date that he said he would and we discussed a time to start the work. We decided on a 6:30 AM start and Mike showed up on time (6:25). Mike completed, what I would consider, a difficult job that involved removing the old floor to the sub floor and installing ceramic tile. The existing floors in my house were not even and each of the transitions was not even either. Mike did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles quickly and making our floors look amazing. In addition to his quality and professionalism he is an amazing person who is motivating and great to talk to. "So my issue was that some tiles had to be replaced because of an issue with my bathroom tub spout that had caused some leaking to my downstairs neighbor. A plumber from a well known franchise company left me so devastated with a large square hole that he patched up with tape and told me you need to find someone to put the tiles back in.
