They are courteous and were careful with our stuff at our house. - Most important part is he knows what he’s doing and he makes sure to meet expectations set at the beginning of the job. He had a answer to every question we had and we were able to figure out every detail that came up during installation. - This is the first time I used them but I’m not hesitating recommending them among the neighbors. We are more than happy with the new floors and with Ensel tile job. We had the same feeling somebody mentioned in this website about missing Tom/Joshua/Libon around after the job was done."
