"So my issue was that some tiles had to be replaced because of an issue with my bathroom tub spout that had caused some leaking to my downstairs neighbor. A plumber from a well known franchise company left me so devastated with a large square hole that he patched up with tape and told me you need to find someone to put the tiles back in.
