"Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. Carbon filter, UV Light, and Reverse Osmosis system for under the kitchen sink. I added on a replacement water heater as well since the old one was on expired time in my opinion.
