"Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."

"The owner contacted us the same day we chose the 4 companies near us on Angis suggestion list. LCRG Enterprises had great reviews. He came over later on that day. He understood our problems with our former water softener company. He presented a schedule to us that would take care of the unit without us worrying about it. "Great product information and sales pitch by local Victory First manager Anthony and price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that came. Also, upon calling Anthony that I decided to purchase their water softener/filter, they were promptly here the next day and installed. We had the pleasure of having Jose install the system exactly where we wanted. Great job! The next phase is how well the system works. So far, so good. Thanks Victory!
