"4/15/19 - Unfortunately I just located this review; months have passed now. Looking at the file I am not certain why the remarks are noted as they are. I believe a phone call by this client would have been a better means to address his concerns. PRICE - (Invoice total $339.45) This client purchased a "Sprinkler Tune Up" deal that offers savings to 1st-time customers. I spoke with this client when he called in, he stated that he completed repairs on his own before calling us for assistance which tells me he is quite "thrifty" with his spending. Unfortunately, the repair the client completed themselves caused a valve to fail, we repaired this and a few other items, the technician spent at least 2.5 hours working there. QUALITY - we weren't contacted directly so I can only make assumptions (which I try not to do!) RESPONSIVENESS - we completed the repair 1st appointment on the next day. PUNCTUALITY - Jose arrived 3 minutes early. PROFESSIONALISM - all of our staff are known for being polite and professional. Give us an opportunity and we WILL provide you with excellent services in a professional manner. If something is overlooked or goes awry - call and ask for JUDY. You WILL get a fair and reasonable response each and every time."
"Thank you ever so much for your review. Yes, the first week of March is the beginning of "Spring Rush" and while we feel fortunate to be busy, there's always a concern for a delay in response. Fortunately clients who know us realize we'll keep our word and show up as planned! We look forward to working with you in the future."

"We were pleased for you that the pump wasn't the issue. Our technicians diagnose and resolve problems in quick fashion - which saves our clients money (the pump is the most costly item!). "Thanks so much for this review! We are continuing to expand our services to absent owners in the area by providing increased customer service and communications - followed by excellent installation by our crew members. From the initial site review, proposal, installation and follow up after the sale - our clients’ satisfaction is our goal. Now we are celebrating that another one “Flowed Smoothly!” ~ Judy @ ClearWaterPSI"
"Thank you for taking time to provide a review on our services for this project, especially including the details of working together remotely. This in itself offers considerable challenges in communications and effectiveness of the project but once again we were able to provide the services needed and obtain the results. Renovation of mature properties are our specialty which requires a high level of comprehension of the existing system and strong design experience and implementation to achieve the end results. We are increasingly providing services to "absent" or long-distance property owners...another project such as this is underway today."
"Thank you so very much for your continued use of our services and this great review! We look forward to working with you again."
"Hi folks - I am Judy, the owner of ClearWaterPSI. I admit there were complications on this project, the client who wrote this was not present and the crew was communicating with a relative - but the Overall "F" posted seems harsh. Before replying to this review I investigated everything and tried calling this client by phone but my call was not answered. This sprinkler system was in severe condition, I was told by this client on the original call that it hadn't worked in years. The client spoke of concerns of pricing but accepted our quoted standard rates. The crew arrived at the latter part of their arrival window of 11 am - 1 pm...this was their 2nd job of the day (our policy is to "call on the way" for 2nd appointments which are set with an estimated window of time to arrive). The system did not operate at all when the crew arrived which extends the time needed for trouble-shooting and of course increases the overall scope of work. The crew updated the pricing with the client who approved the installation of a new timer/controller. Then the crew began locating the zone valves...which were buried with no valve boxes and the existing wiring and connections were degraded which makes locating more difficult and time consuming. Once found, valve repairs and replacements for the entire system were completed and water flowed to countless damaged/broken heads. It was late in the day so the crew and the lady present (the crew reports she appeared thrilled that they system was coming back to life) discussed returning the following day to complete additional repairs. Payment for this day's work was to be collected, I spoke with the client by phone that evening and provided him with a pricing amendment due to the unfortunate complications. I am certain I was told by the client NOT to continue the next day. The reply I received via email stated he would call the following day, which was not located in our phone logs during the verification process. I made multiple attempts by phone and in writing to speak with this gentleman for a few days. Payment in full was received within a few days of the project, but unfortunately no other communications until this unpleasant review. Yes, projects can become complicated at times but we do our best to address the issues and work through the situation in a reasonable and professional manner."
"Thanks so much for the business AND the great review! We look forward to working with you and your friends and neighbors in the future."
"Thanks so much for your review! You have clarified one of our “signature” methods for projects at a mature property - NO MESS left behind. I hope you are enjoying the remote access to your sprinkler system - operating at will from your cell phone off property. It’s a great item isn’t it? Thanks again."
"Thanks so much for posting your review of our services. We look forward to working with you again!"
"Thanks for your review. Your facts as stated here are not quite what transpired but I will address what did occur and noted in your file. This was our 1st opportunity to service your mature sprinkler system. We did not install a “new RainBird system” but we did replace your timer/controller that operates the system. We also replaced 2 zone valves - your system has an estimated 5 to 7 zones with each one having its own valve. When you called in 3 weeks later requesting a 2nd service I reviewed the file and mentioned that if a valve that was replaced during the repair failed it would be COVERED under warranty but if a valve that was not replaced failed it would not be repaired under warranty. Part of the additional time on the original Service was utilized to flush debris from all the valves which takes time - valves could have been replaced in the same or LESS time. The technicians had recommended that you replace all the valves as they were extremely old and they were cleaning a lot of sand from then but you declined to do so opting to replace only the 2 that had failed (possibly to save money?). Due to this decision I had no choice but discuss the possibility of additional charges for a follow up call - which made you quite upset on the phone (my notes state: long heated conversation with client). As for small leaks - yes these are very challenging to locate at times. This is because there are hundreds of feet of pipe underground covered with turf, landscape and trees that can cause interference and if the leak is minor (yours was under 0.25 gallons per minute) it may not show until the problem worsens as our sandy soils typically do not allow the water to puddle at the surface and if near a tree - the tree soaks it up with no evidence for us to find. It was noted on the work order that the client chose to use time to locate a minor leak but did not approve replacing all the Zone valves. Our standard repair rates were provided to you as a quote that you authorized - $55 Service call, $110 per hour for TWO technicians, plus materials installed. We do our best to provide excellent service and feasible recommendations to each client. Had we been able to complete the repair as recommended by the technicians I know this would be a mute subject and we would not have been having a discussion about additional charges for a failed valve which went out 3 weeks later. We feel bad for your difficulties and were sorry we were unable to provide the needed 2nd service to complete the repair - since we knew the system the valve replacement would have been done quickly."
