It is my pleasure to share my positive experience with Modern Plumbing Industries' emergency service. A broken outdoor faucet led to a cracked pipe and water leaking inside my home, forcing me to shut off the water at the well on a Saturday night. After three other companies couldn't send a technician until the next morning, I contacted Modern Plumbing. Their representative was reassuring and helpful, confirming they could address the issue that evening. Following contact with a representative, a plumbing technician, Tyler, promptly contacted me and arrived within 20 minutes to address a leaking pipe and a broken faucet. Tyler expertly repaired the faucet and replaced the damaged pipe, completing the work efficiently and effectively. My experience with Modern Plumbing Industries was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services, especially their readily available emergency services. I will certainly utilize their services again for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber came and identified and fixed the problem without a hitch. Then, he checked common plumbing problem areas in our kitchen, other bathrooms, and water heater. He identified and fixed a couple of problems there we didn't know we had - all at no extra charge. We've been using Modern Plumbing for years, and this is why.

Everything went well

Yesterday I called at 10:26AM and had asked if they had any same day appointments available, she said Rusty & Luis could be there in about 45 minutes. At 11:01 they arrived. Both were very professional and friendly. They were done and everything was fixed by 11:25. I am very pleased with the service given and how fast and REASONABLY PRICED the company is. I will call them for all my plumbing needs! Thank you Rusty & Luis!!!

Modern Plumbing was simply awesome. From making the initial appointment to the visit itself. I was high concerned I had a major issue. Taylor took his time and was very thorough. His diligence paid off and he was able to find the source of the issue. I am incredibly thankful for the detailed and professional approach Taylor and Modern Plumbing took. They will be my GO TO service for these needs in the future.

The name of the technician is Douglas. He fix the hole in the leak and it was very good. Also they clean afterwards.

Old valves in the kitchen and in the shower upstairs were replaced and our 13 year old water heater removed and a new tank with an overflow attachment installed. All work was done in reasonable time and at very competitive cost. We will definitely call them again whenever we require a plumber!

Excellent workmanship. The installed hose bib pipe had a 'water hammer' problem due to my well pump; not the fault of this vendor. The technician diagnosed and fixed the hammer problem, no extra charge.

Richard found the leak under our tub and fixed it in a timely manner by replacing the tub drain that was loose, rusted and leaking, as well as replacing tub faucet and trim kit. He did everything fast, expertly and very professionally, leaving everything looking clean and new. Thank you so much for a great job! Will definitely look for you guys next time we have a problem.

Great very responsive helpful and timely with repairs.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We installed a farmhouse sink and had to have the plumbing modified for the sink. Modern plumbing came in and in under an hour had all the plumbing moved and completed.
