"Jay reached out to me immediately after I requested the service. He arranged to come over the next day to fix my issue. Reported the issue before fixing it and illustrated the reason why my water softener was not working properly. Did an inspection and saw all other problems and suggested the solution and asked for approval to repair. Overall an outstanding customer service from Jay. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great service."

"I decided to install a water system with HydroTech FL for 3 main reasons: 1.) Highest quality water systems on the market. 2.) Lowest cost guarantee 3.) Fantastic customer service with ongoing scheduled follow up After going through the tedious and drawn out process of meeting with over 5 different companies and receiving quotes from each of them, I came to the conclusion that HydroTech FL was the most compelling. The sales rep Alex did a fantastic job at not only presenting the different products that the company has to offer as well as following up after the installation. He returned to our home after the installation was complete to make sure everything was functioning properly and made certain that all of our needs were met. Damien our installer took the extra time to make sure the installation was immaculate. Incredibly impressed with this company throughout the entire process."
