Got a hold of Kiley and Sons to find and repair or a problem with a hot water heater. They showed up and instead of diagnosing the problem they charged me $740.00 to install a new water heater. After installation the new water would not work. Tech decided to finally call and seek assistance. Got directed to check circuit breaker and wiring. You guessed it, broken wire all along. Stripped it back and reinserted and problem solved. Diagnosis should have been done first since he actually tested wires on old heater and got no voltage but went ahead and installed new heater anyway. Poor company to deal with. Spread the word to avoid Kiley and Sons at all cost.” The above review gives this company an "A" for both responsiveness and punctuality They showed up quick with a new heater that was not needed just to make a sale.

The plumber took out a small wrench, made an adjustment, and tested the garbage disposal. It worked. Housecall was $65.00 U.S.

He was able to explain that bathroom sink was not plugged but stopper had fallen in due to age. Remove stopper and all was well. The faucet in kitchen was put in with no problems and works beautifully

It went great. They came out and took care of back up in less than 30mins. Scheduling wise, they weren't available until middle of week. It would have been great to do same day or next day. I would recommend them and use them again without any hesitation but know to schedule out.

We were replacing the water heater in the garage and redoing the floor at the same time. The epoxy floor, plumber who was removing and installing a water heater in two steps, and the tile installation had to be coordinated over a 3 day period (no hot water once we started). Kiley did their work right on schedule and at the times we needed it to be done. They left the galvanized steel platform when they removed the water heater so that I could paint it to match the heater. We confirmed times on the day before. Everything went great.

It was a w person four hour plus job. New water lines had to be run thru a block wall into my garage and back out to main. They had to remove pond rocks and go thru a garden bed. They did a great job and everything was put back in place and cleaned up. The job came in on estimate. I got other estimates 100 to 300 dollars higher.

Installation went better than I expected. Good job, professional installation.

They ordered a new sink, scheduled the install and everything went great. It was a lot easier than I expected.

The technician completed the replacement quickly and cleaned up after himself.

They correctly identified the problem and corrected it. also changed the water connection

They are soooo nice. Not in it to rip you off. very informative as to what actions you should take to resolve the problem. Great work. THANK YOU.

The gentleman was polite and knowledgeable. My issue with this company is that I was charged25.00 for the use of equipment. If your a plumber the drain line auger that you use is part of your business. How many people have paid a fee for the auger. This is a rip off. I'm sure it's been paid off hundreds of times by now. I think I am going to report this to the better business bureau. I was also charged a 2.00 fee for materials..Really you snaked my line about 7 feet of it, what exact material did you use....none. And to top it off he used MY electric to run hid auger. I will never use them again!

I am very satisfied with them. We’ve had them twice. We will be using them consistently while we are here. I did pick them up from Angie’s List. They are a good company, they did us right. It was a good hones appraisal and a good honest price and good honest service.

Unbelievable - originally he came to install bathroom faucets - but - when he was finished we asked him if he had time to look at our hot water heater and he said no problem ! Well, after he showed us the corroded parts we asked if he could replace them - so he did - when it was all said and done, we had made him late for his next appointment - but - he called the office and had someone else cover for him ! Talk about great customer service - Kiley & Son's is really hard to beat !!

Showed up promptly, went to work, and completed the work while I ate dinner. Professional attitude, reflected in a professional job.

Oh my gosh, the woman who answered was so awesome. I have forgotten her name. She said she would get someone out today. I have been sick and this was just the straw that broke the camel's back and I think she could tell. She was so kind. It wasn't 45 minutes and she was calling to let me know Roger would be here in about 30 minutes. I am so grateful for the prompt, excellent and professional service Roger provided. He is such a nice, nice man. He did an incredible job and I am pleased as a pig in mud. I thought this was going to be an expensive job that was really going to set me back. Roger worked so hard! I am so, so pleased that I was charged such a reasonable amount. God bless Kelly & Sons and all who are employed with them. I will never call any other plumbing service. They are absolutely TOPS in my book.
