"Jay reached out to me immediately after I requested the service. He arranged to come over the next day to fix my issue. Reported the issue before fixing it and illustrated the reason why my water softener was not working properly. Did an inspection and saw all other problems and suggested the solution and asked for approval to repair. Overall an outstanding customer service from Jay. "Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."

"These company is excellent! They came right out on a Saturday, of all days! If you are a senior citizen, these are the people you want to contact if you have a plumbing issue! It took 30 minutes! "The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very professional, but I was charged $200.00 to replace the water hoses on my water heater with maybe $5.00 worth of PVC pipe......yes, they made a huge profit on this job. The next day I discovered a leak in a whole new location which didn't exist before he came. It's disappointing to say the least."
