"I could not be more satisfied. This was my first experience with a property using well water with filtration and water softener. It sat vacant for a year before i moved in. Jay (the technician) on time as scheduled and educated me on the system I had and very patiently explained all the options. We settled on a plan and he went to work and took care of my issues. He returned to our home after the installation was complete to make sure everything was functioning properly and made certain that all of our needs were met.
