Reported the issue before fixing it and illustrated the reason why my water softener was not working properly. Did an inspection and saw all other problems and suggested the solution and asked for approval to repair. Overall an outstanding customer service from Jay. "Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. For approximately 15 years, I have used Pure Touch. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, the main reason I am a loyal customer is they are honest, dependable and always go the extra mile."
