I am very pleased with this company. Edwin was extremely polite and professional. They were one of the 1st to contact me with a quote for new seamless gutters and leaf guards, patiently listened to my questions, shared color choices and explained downspout locations for optimal drainage and runoff while understanding my desire to enhance my home's exterior. Edwin, Matt and Luis are THE GUYS! This team was wonderful, respectful, clean-cut and professional and worked seamlessly together. I am thrilled with the finished product and love how my home looks now. I totally recommend them.

I hired Higher Ground to clean, repair existing and replace several feet with new seamless gutter. Edwin and his crew were on time as promised and worked very efficiently. They completed the project as agreed including cleaning up the site. Their Bid Estimate was very competitive and customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is an outstanding family-owned business to deal with. Edwin and the team are all extremely professional and provide fantastic customer service. They were on time with all appointments, and their estimate was several hundred dollars less than the next closest bid while not only providing the exact same materials but, also added around 8 additional feet to the bid which the others did not include in theirs. I had a complex inside corner where it could not be constructed with a typical inside unit due to the different heights of the corresponding fascia. They had to make the turn with two separate stretches of runs. It was about 3 months later I had the first heavy rain, and there appeared to be a leak originating from behind one of the lines in the corner. I messaged Edwin, and he came out two days later to evaluate. Unbeknownst to me, the left had packed in very tight behind the elevated shield causing the water to build up. I paid for the top guard as I have a lot of trees around the house and quite a bit of leaf that falls. Edwin cleaned out the area, and still went ahead and added some additional shielding and caulk even though I do not believe it was needed. I am very particular about who I let work on my home as I can do the vast majority of things myself having been in construction most of my life. This company exceeded my expectations which, is difficult to do. I highly recommend them to install your gutters. The crew was on time and worked clean. It is nice to see a company whose employees and owners truly understand the meaning of doing a quality job for a very fair price. I would have paid more and still been extremely happy with the end result. I do not believe you can go wrong with this company.

From the beginning to the end, we had a great experience with the gutter installation. Edwin was responsive and attended to all the details during the estimate. The team showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and were extremely friendly and informative, and they kept our yard clean of debris. On top of this, we had rain barrels which they went above and beyond to work with. I also appreciated that this job was not outsourced to a different company, which has been our experience with others. The gutters looked so good we could almost not tell at first that they were on there. All around, great company and excellent work.

I contacted Higher Ground Gutters LLC after finding them on Home Advisor to see about a quote on a new installation of gutters on my home. From the very beginning their level of professionalism was astounding. Edwin and his team showed up about 15 minutes early for the initial assessment and provided an extremely fair quote immediately complete with an entire line-by-line quote of costs as well as a mapped out location of the downspout locations proposed for my home. Once agreeing and proceeding with the installation on the next available date, Edwin and his crew again delivered in spades. They again showed up 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time and went directly to work once they let me know they had arrived. The installation even took less time than quoted to me and the team never dropped even an iota of their extremely high level of professionalism. I have already recommended Higher Ground Gutters to my neighbors and would insist that anyone in need of gutters or gutter repairs allow this outstanding company exceed their expectations as they have far exceeded mine!

The installers arrived when scheduled and were ready to go. 76 feet of gutter installed in less than 2 hours. Work was excellent.

Edwin came out the next day and did the estimate, he was on time and made sure we understood the quote. The work was completed on time and the quality was very good. They cleaned everything up when finished. We had one thing we wanted changed and they promptly made the update.

A fantastic job on the gutter installation. Edwin listened to my requests patiently on the uniqueness of the project and did his own research too and made good suggestions. I had started the project myself, did 1/4th of it and hired Higher Ground Gutters to compete the job. He made sure the necessary materials were in place before starting the project and made suggestions on the roof valley diverters. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend.
