"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"I paid the contractor personally. I hope that is correct. The original estimate was $850. In addition, they replaced a shutter and painted it for another $100. I made out a check for $950 and gave it to the contractor."

"The windows are perfect. Franklin and his crew did a great job installing them. There was hardly any mess and what mess there was they cleaned up. We've had a great experience all around. Lori was the best, we worked with her on scheduling. We had to reschedule a few times and she always had our back and was able to get us back on the schedule quickly. She answered lots of questions and was glad to do it. Always a great attitude and extremely helpful. Thank you Lori. At the end of the job Dylan the PM came by to check the work and make sure we were satisfied. Very helpful in answering questions. "I can't say enough good things about Bob and his team. He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. I would hire them 100x over and cannot recommend them enough."

"They didn't show up. I had scheduled an appointment for an appointment for an estimate but they didn't. They showed up this morning, and they are supposed to come back tomorrow. He couldn't find the shutters at Home Depot because of the size, so they had to drive all the way to Colombia to get closest to the size that we needed. They had to drive about an hour away. I said that we needed something that was close and I didn't want something hanging 6 inches, and they are not identical. I think they are going to be close enough, and I am impressed that they did all that. He knocked off $100 because we did not want to pay $700 for putting up 2 shutters and paint."

"Generally their were all very professional.  Proposal was clear. Michael was clear in various regulation.
They have do many additional works. I appreciate they pointed out various small things and fixed for $50. Painting for main bath room was $100. The vanity cabinet delivered from Lowe's  arrived damaged.  They fixed it.  I am still negotiating with Lowe's about missing parts.  So I think their charge was reasonable.
Only thing is I was not sure is that vanity, medicine cabinet, light were  not quite alined.  It is better to stay and check the  detail.
