"Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. Raymond did the various other repairs and was very personable and clearly had a wealth of experience (he also fixed my ceiling fan which was not on the original list). It was nice to feel my house was in good hands and that I was working with good people whom I could trust. I have used JW for other work and this was the fifth time they did work at my house. "Everything went great. Bill called me back promptly (a week after I messaged- which is reasonable for a handyman solo operation, especially since I expect that people DO take vacations in August!). He was friendly, professional, showed up on time, and I was very comfortable with him. I really liked that his repair of my door was thorough because I know it will last. He was knowledgeable and skilled. I also appreciated that he suggested he NOT do some of the work I had on my list because he was honest about the fact that it would not be cost effective given that he charges an hourly rate. I will most definitely be compiling a list for handyman tasks I need him to do in the near future."
