Leaking front-load washing machine. Called AGB based on Angi review. They scheduled the diagnostic visit promptly and repaired the machine (which required ordering a part) within a week. The technician, Jared, is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and patient when dealing with difficult access to the machine. Great experience, and I highly recommend.

I had a washing machine that would shake violently during the spin cycle. Angi recommended A.G.B. The very next day a mechanic was deployed, the fix identified, and parts ordered. Once the parts arrived, the mechanic expertly installed them and i now have a washing machine that spins like a top! AGB—Professional and competent.

Following the last thunderstorm and resulting power outage, our GE Profile Advantium built in speed cookoven didn't work. I used Angi to find a repair shop and AGB Repair contacted me right away and arranged for a service technician to come. The cost was $90 to diagnose the issue and obtain an estimate on the overall repair and is applied to the work. The technician, Jared Ventura, was friendly and so professional. He found that the problem was the power board, which is expensive, and replacing that may not fix the issue. There are three other boards in the oven which cannot be checked without the power board being replaced. I have not yet decided in going forward with the replacement of the power board or replacing the entire unit as it is 15 years old. Should I have appliance issues in the future, I will contact AGB first thing.

Chad Hartmann came to perform a diagnostics check on my Maytag Bravos XL washer, which simply stopped working. He determined that the control panel was the problem. He gave me options, which is very, very rare. My first was to have it fixed, which he could do and gave me the price. The second was to purchase a new washer for a few more dollars. I opted for the second, so this is why I didn't really "hire" A.G.B. BUT Chad's honesty and professionalism were beyond compare, since my experience is that companies are always trying to make the "almighty buck." So, my recommendation is this: If you want a company that you can TRUST to act in your best interest, look no further. A.G.B. Appliance Repair is the company to hire, as they put their customers FIRST! They didn't make any money off of me, but they earned much more than revenue .... I will DEFINITELY recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues!
