They were nice when they arrived. They assured me that they would do the work well. I was worried about the cost but they said it would last for 5-10 years and that they would give me a 2 year warranty. They had sent an estimate the night before which was changed verbally. They have not followed up with an updated agreement. I had to leave for a few hours and when I came back they claimed that the work was done. I waited until the next day to check on everything since they said it would take 12 hours to dry. I was immediately unhappy with the results, but I had already paid. They immediately became unresponsive.

Excellent and timely work. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. I needed repairs to my home before I could sell it and they conducted all my work outside and inside to include painting, electrical, carpeting and new HVAC install. It was very convenient and cost effective to only use one contractor for all my repairs and installs. Thanks Builders XLT, I received several offers on my house in less than a week.

Jorge and his team were incredibly efficient, easy to contact/communicate, knowledgeable, and did an overall excellent job restoring the floors in our home. We purchased a home that had wood floors in various stages of wear with different finishes. They were able to get all rooms to the same shade. I will 100% be booking him for future projects!

Builders XLT did an excellent job at our home. They replaced our carpet and flooring for a very reasonable price. Our bathrooms were super outdated and leaking into the floors below causing damage. The project went great! Initially I had a lot of questions and Jorge made sure to take the time to calmly answer and reassure me every step of the way. We love BuildersXLT, they have remodeled three bathrooms, replaced a tub with a shower, painted, and done a small drainage project for us, so far. Jorge and his crew are very friendly and professional and get the jobs done promptly and well. Jorge has a very professional demeanor and is good at calming prickly neighbors and coordinating between different people to complete the job. He is also smart and a great problem solver. We plan to use BuildersXLT on additional projects going forward. Highly recommended!
