I have an extremely good eye for color and design and can make a complicated job easy and stress free. WE DO NOT DO REPAIRS UNLESS YOU BOUGHT THE BLINDS FROM US. Cost is determined by the job. "This client called me to his house to give a 2nd option/solution for a shade for a sliding glass door. He liked my suggestion and I proceeded to order the shade, have it installed and he was quite satisfied with what we did. As a result he called me back to do one more window. We agreed on a blind. My installer had an appointment to do the installation and sadly he had issues with his truck that prohibited the installation to take place. My installer said he could perhaps install another time. This was not a definite appointment. There was a miscommunication. The customer thought this was a definite appointment and the installer said a hopeful. A definite time was not decided upon. As a result things went downhill. This was an unfortunate misunderstanding. The customer was not satisfied. I refunded his deposit. Sometimes there are mishaps and this is one of them. I have been in business for over 30 years and fortunately all has gone very well. I am very sorry this happened as I truly like to satisfy every client regardless of how small or large the order can be. I look forward to helping all "Angie" people. "This customer contacted me and I responded as soon as possible. He wanted to make an appointment and I wanted to help him out. However, he wanted me to meet him on a Friday after 5:00 PM which I could not do. The next altrernatives were on weekends and I was going to be out of town. We could not come up with a time that was workable for the two of us. As a result he said he would have to search for another vendor. I was very sorry we could not come to an agreement and I felt badly that I could not help him out."
