"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He also explained what he was not responsible to repair, (replace sheetrock that was removed to get at the leak). The work was done quickly, efficiently and didn't break the bank!! The guy who actually did the job did it well but left a little bit of a mess I then had to clean up. Not bad at all though. replaced a toilet pipe and fixed an erroneous down grade on a shower drain for me about a year ago and everything is still going well!"
