Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

The guy who actually did the job did it well but left a little bit of a mess I then had to clean up. Not bad at all though. replaced a toilet pipe and fixed an erroneous down grade on a shower drain for me about a year ago and everything is still going well!"
