After hiring Dave to rebuild the deck, his crew showed up on time and were professional. The deck was completed on time and came out great. We gave him a "shopping list" of projects needed to be done on the outside of the house, which he said he will submit a quote on all projects. He did not send the quote on the day as promised but apologized when I called to ask when he will be sending it. The next day it arrived by email, and a couple days later I called to tell him what needed to be done at this time. Because of the weather he started a couple of days later. I provided the materials he needed. It took two days to do the selected projects. I was pleased with the work that he did.
