"We are very happy with the work that Bath Planet did with our recent bath-to-shower conversion. Sheldon is a great worker and did all of this amazing work HIMSELF. The job included removing a 1920s-era cast iron bathtub, replacing the subfloor, and installing the shower panels, fixtures, and glass doors. He is a quality craftsman and it looks excellent. The only small problem was a leak which we found during our first use of the shower. Sheldon came out later that same day and fixed it -- all is dry (where it's supposed to be!). "They are good and prompt, but expensive. Project, replace toilet wax ring. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
