Connecticut Pool and Repair

Jason and his team helped us out when another pool company would not come back to put our new pool in the correct place. We tried for weeks to get the other company to come back but they ignored our calls and messages. We found CT Pool and Repair on Angie's List and after leaving a voice-mail received a call right away (within 2 hours on a Sunday). He came to our house and looked over the situation. He said that the other company should have been able to do the job right the first time. When we explained the problem we were having with the other company, he said he would take on the job. The work that he and his crew did was amazing! They had the pool dismantled and rebuilt in the correct spot in 2 days. He gave us tips for pool care as we are first time pool owners. If we had questions he would answer right away via text or phone call. We are extremely thankful for Jason and his crew, and will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Jason and his crew are absolutely the best! They responded within hours of our call and our entire pool was repaired within a few days! He has called us a few times to make sure everything was running correctly and even stopped by with a couple of replacement parts for us that he located (free of charge) as we have a very old pool and the parts are no longer manufactured. Jason is a good, honest man and we will never use anyone else for our pool needs!

Jason and his crew is absolutely the best! After being stood up by another well know pool company, I reached out to Jason at Connecticut Pool and Repair to see if they could assist with my rather urgent situation. To my surprise, Jason was at my house within a couple of hours (mind you during one of their busiest seasons) and him and his crew had repaired our pool within just a few days. It took them one day to complete the project. They were quick, professional and prices were very good in comparison to some of the other quotes I had received. I can’t say enough about Jason and his crew! If you’re looking for a professionally installed pool, Jason and his crew are the guys you want to call! Looking to have a pool installed this year, my wife and I met Jason by word of mouth. On first meet Jason made us both feel comfortable as he was straightforward with recommendations, while not being a typical salesperson pushing specific products. Being first time pool owners we felt secure enough with Jason, the recommended pool and price to look no further. After enduring the rainiest spring CT has ever had, Connecticut Pool and Repair got right to work. The day of installation went without a glitch. The sand was leveled and the pool went up in less than 4 hours. If you envision a colony of ants working in sync with a purpose, that’s Connecticut Pool and Repair! Jason and his team were very prompt and professional! I am grateful he was able to squeeze me in the week before Memorial Day Weekend. He spent a lot of time with me going through the chemicals to use and timing of it all. I would recommend him to anyone needing pool related services!

He responded almost immediately that he was doing an install in the next town over and might be able to come the same night when that job was done. He called me that evening and said if I had what I needed he would be over to open it up for me. Jason, Scott, and Tyler did a great job in very timely manner and got my pool opened up just in time for me to have it ready for the weekend. They cleaned everything up, packaged up my cover for the fall and gave me tips on getting the chemicals right. I should mention that they also installed the pool for me last summer. We called CT pool and repair after having a few bad experiences with other companies . They came put same day spent several hours going through options with is. Gave us a great price . They were very professional and the work was perfect . Being new pool owners they helped us open and close our pool and helped with any questions we have. I inherited a pool with a home purchase apx 9 years ago. I was never any good at it, the water always turned green and the liner had been ripped to shreds for apx 2 years. This year i was going to replace the liner myself until I found out that it is a pretty high end pool and the liner is very tricky to install. I set out getting quotes from different pool companies around my area, all of which required me to purchase the liner from them (I had already purchased one and couldn't return it) not to mention the prices i was quoted were not what i was even considering to pay. I was given Jason's name & number by a local water company. I contacted Jason, he came out that night and gave me an estimate and went over in detail why things should be replaced and gave me a greater understanding of the pool process, weeks later (due to the rainy weather) we got back in touch, scheduled a time for installation and he and his crew got the job done within a few hours. Everything went amazing. They took care of everything from making sure the ground was still level, installation of the liner and foam, clean-up, coordinating the water delivery etc. He came back that night to make sure I was satisfied and went out of his way to show me how to work the timer on the filter, he went over all the chemicals with me and how to keep the water clean and use the filter for optional cleaning. I rarely, if ever, give anyone reviews but Jason and his crew did an amazing job. His knowledge and experience in the pool business was displayed not only in how he did the job but how he was able to explain everything to me. They came over immediately. As soon as Jason and his guys found out what was happening to our son, they immediately got to work. They worked late into the evening and made sure that everything was up and running. They were so kind, sincere, and genuine. Before they left, each of them told our son that they wish him lots of luck with everything. Jason told us if we needed anything or have any questions, to simply call. Jason from Connecticut Pool and Repair originally installed our new18 x 34' pool in 2015. They were prompt, professional and did a great job. He said if we ever had a problem to call and he would help us out. He stayed true to his word when we needed immediate help today. In the time it took him to fix our problems it would have taken us hours to figure out! I can't thank him enough for relieving our stress this morning!
