EVERYONE FROM JUSTIN ADAMS, THE SALES MAN, TO THE WORK TEAM OF NICK AND TRAVIS WAS THE BEST THAT ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY GOOD AT THEIR WORK, AND very hard-working . CAREFREE HOME PROS SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE THREE FELLOWS WORKING FOR THEM. THREE FELLOWS WHO ARE GREAT EMPLOYEES AND PROFESSIONALS AT THEIR JOBS. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM IN A HEARTBEAT. Disappointing experience from the very beginning! First of all the salesman measured incorrectly, not by inches but by feet. So the install day came and they had to take the product back and re order it. We ordered a specific kind of door which they told us that we had to pay extra for, but on the 2nd install date they were totally different doors that arrived. Looked very cheap and were the exact ones we already had and said that we did not want them as they keep falling off of the tracks. As it turns out they said they don't make the doors we ordered in our size, but no one communicated that to us and they took it upon them self to order these doors without asking. They also ordered and installed the wrong shower head and promised that they will put the correct one in. Lastly, no one communicated to us that the back side of the shower wall would have a 4 inch horizontal seam straight across the back of the shower. I am completely dissatisfied with the way the shower came out!!

I just had my tub converted to a walk in shower. Chris M. showed up at 8:00 A.M. Explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made sure everything was done properly. He did a beautiful job and explained on proper care before he left. Thanks Chris.

Nick did a fantastic job as an installer and Jacob spent a lot of time going over the options for us. His presentation was very thorough and he dlivered what we discussed . Overall an excellent experience.

My installer Chris M did a fantastic job with the removal of the old shower system and installation of the beautiful new one. He also completed the job in one day, to my delight! He cleaned up all debris from the demo of the old stuff and made sure I was satisfied with the job.

The installers did a great job. They were efficient and did the job right. They cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with the work.

Chris M. installed my shower liner and he did a beautiful job. He left the bathroom spic and span and I couldn't have been happier with the work he did. He asked me questions so he could place items where I wanted them in the shower (shelf and grab bar) and had me inspect things before he left. This is my second CareFree Home Pro remodel. They do great work and use top notch materials.

Excellent company to deal with! Professional service and outstanding execution of installing new shower! All work completed in 1 day !! Installer , Chris H , did a great job !!

Very professional, timely and looks beautiful. Shane and Rich worked well together and were very knowledgeable. They assisted me with placement of accessories and height of these features. They showed up at my home on time and ready to work. My home was left spotless after they finishes. Great job!

My partner and I are delighted delighted with our new step in shower.  We were comfortable and pleased with Carefree Home Pros from our first meeting through the finished install.  They were timely and  Paul C., the installer, was organized and tidy. He kept us informed of his progress through the day; showed us details of the construction as he worked. From my first meeting with Malachi to the final install with Chris and Richâ ¦everything was professional, organized, and well done. Chris and Rich were timely and did such an amazing job, and consulted with me every step of the way making sure I was completely happy with the final outcome.

They are unprofessional and rude They cracked my tile floor and had a company come into fix and did a lousy job I told them to fix they said take us to court Then 2 shelves were loose they would only fix one the technician was rude and left angry and said good luck

From my initial meeting until installation was complete - the team at CareFree Home Pros was the epitome of professionalism. I was guided through the selection and pricing options. The installation team made scheduling easy and were even able to deliver several weeks before the estimate at the time I signed the contract. The day of the install the technician, Chris, was on time, super easy to work with and installed my new shower beautifully. I am very pleased with the final results.

We had 2 bathrooms done over. One bathroom had tub taken out and replaced with just shower. Also sink fixtures and toilet replaced. 2â nd bathroom had new shower installed along with new sink fixtures and new toilet installed. Also, grab bars installed in both bathrooms. All of this work was done in one day! Shane Rascati and Chris Howell along with other workers did the transformation. They were amazing! They were professional and knew what had to be done and did it, They were very polite and respectful. Everything was cleaned up and finished by late afternoon. Alex Mann was the consultant that came out to our home initially to formulate what was going to be used for products as well as what was going to be done. He too was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Karli Anglis was customer representative that reviewed and coordinated everything to be done so that work would go smoothly including that the right products and amounts were ready on installation day. She also worked with us on scheduling the day and time of installation. She was extremely helpful, professional and respectful. Everything went as planned without a hitch! To conclude everything was great including the cost which never varied once agreed to. We could not be happier with the whole process. The bathrooms look great, everything works properly and is totally functional for our needs. Bravo to the people of Carefree Home Pros.Thanks for a job well done! We would recommend this company without hesitation! They all made sure we were completely satisfied and we definitely are!!!

Kent and his team did an excellent job that exceeded our expectations. Job site was organized and the tub conversion was completed in one day as promised. Site was clean when the job was completed. Overall a good value using Carefree.

I am delighted with my new walk in shower. I was so skeptical of the one day install because a 1940's bathtub was coming out. Kent arrived on time at 8 am and it was done by 4pm. Just beautiful and so easy to clean! Kent was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop as questions came up. Mine was not an easy job. I had a carpenter friend come over to take a look and he was so impressed. He was stunned that it was done in a day and impressed by the quality. It looks 100% like may old subway tile, yet no grout to clean. This is a great option for anyone who can't be without a bathroom for a long period of time. Thank you Carefree Home Pros!

The plumber and installer were both professional and punctual. The shower is beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great experience

CareFree Home Pros has completed the remodeling of our bathroom and we couldnâ t be happier. CareFree was professional from the beginning when we met with their salesman through the completion of the project. We got to see and touch the samples to make sure exactly what we wanted. The price was great! It included the walk-in shower, new flooring, vanity, granite counter top and the fixtures for the shower and sink. Everything was explained in detail. How the project was going to be handled and what the financing process would entail. CareFree stayed in touch with me letting me know where they were in getting the materials and then establishing when our start day would be. The total remodeling took just over a day and would have been completed in one day except the vanity/granite counter top wasnâ t ready. Drop cloths were used to get to our bathroom so no mess would be incurred in the rest of the house. After the completion everything was cleaned up, no mess left behind. I highly recommend using CareFree! Friendly, thorough, detailed and efficient.

Kent dud a fine job if replacing the caulking. He was on time and pleasant.
