161 An apprentice and a veteran arrived punctually. Since the apprentice was doing most of the work, the basement got messy, but they cleaned that up. I asked twice to not track dirt on the carpeting, but they left 2 mud spots. I felt I was overcharged.
I have had my carpets cleaned in the past by other well know name brand cleaning companies. Nick Jones did a much better job. The 20 year old carpets looked nearly new when he was done. I will use his services in the future. He is professional, responsive, and quick.
