"We are very happy with the work that Bath Planet did with our recent bath-to-shower conversion. Sheldon is a great worker and did all of this amazing work HIMSELF. The job included removing a 1920s-era cast iron bathtub, replacing the subfloor, and installing the shower panels, fixtures, and glass doors. He is a quality craftsman and it looks excellent. The only small problem was a leak which we found during our first use of the shower. Sheldon came out later that same day and fixed it -- all is dry (where it's supposed to be!). The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."
