He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail. "

"I can not speak highly enough of Alex, Dimitry, and David. They are artists who do an amazing job and charge a very fair price. We have a 1754 house, so nothing is simple. We asked them to refinish the flooring that we had in the great room. I have just completed renovating and wanted to have the 1950's floors refinished. Maybe someday we will put period flooring in, but for now, we just wanted the floor that we have to match the renovation. They blew us away with their quality and attention to detail. Alex was very patient with us and explained the whole process. In three days, our floor went from beat-up to beautiful. We were so impressed with their work, that we had them restore the historical plank floors that we have upstairs in our hallway and in one bedroom. They far exceeded what they did downstairs. "Booked for the company to sand and poly our floors job took a week longer then anticipated and employees kept getting the coating wrong to match the other side of the floor that they did. Now just 2 weeks after my floors are scratched up everywhere I believe the incorrect amount of polyurethane was put down. Maybe if I had stood in there and watched them the entire job it would have been different. Owners promised to give us a good deal on my other floors because of the issues but never got back to me with even a quote and was clearly just saying that to us to shut us up and get paid. Even after we had issues the owner kept sending the same employees back inside of coming to fix the issue himself. "
