I had Total Remodeling handle several projects in my home, and when Nick came out, he helped me budget everything in a way that made it affordable without settling for cheap quality. Nick came out and was extremely thorough. He even showed me hidden damage from a bathtub leak behind the wall that I didn?t know about. They completely changed both of my bathrooms, and I was finally able to get rid of that outdated 1970s pink look, and the results are better than I expected honestly. They also helped me out with my front door, and I was able to completely customize the door and added new windows on both sides of it. About two months later, I had Nick back again to do my roof and gutters, which also came out fantastic. I couldn?t be happier with the work, I have no complaints, and I?m already looking forward to having them back in the spring to redo my kitchen!

Had three companies come out and Total was the only one that offered a full gut and remodel. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and seemed to really care. The crew was clean, respectful, and got it done in under five days. No complaints at all

I booked my appointment with the girl at the Western Mass Home Show in West Springfield. She was the nicest person to talk to. Such a neat personality! Then the man who came to my house was so professional. He was cool with my dogs and he really broke down what my bathroom was going to look like and how it was going to be done. The installers were very proficient. Installed my bathroom very quickly! Then they cleaned up their mess so nicely. I didn't have to pick up after them at all. I was surprised how smoothly everything went. I was expecting some kind of hiccup that would throw a wrench in the works, but nope! Everything went as expected. My family and I were very happy that we had Total come to help us out. I would recommend them anytime!

No high pressure sales pitch. Not long winded, pretty much just asked me questions to hear what was important to me then showed me the way to achieve it. Really easy company to work with, have them doing my parents roof next month. Would and have recommended.

My mom?s bathtub was extremely outdated, and there was mold growing around the caulking. I knew it was time for her to definitely get rid of it. Total Remodeling was incredibly accommodating to my mother?s disabilities. They installed a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and grab bars instead of a traditional tub so she can use it on her own. They had great communication with my mom throughout the whole thing and the entire project was done very quickly.

I called for a quote on changing my bathtub to a wheelchair accessible shower, for my mother in law. I was amazed at how quickly they got back to me, I saw them the next day. Their bathroom designer was so patient with us, took his time to show us all their samples, and even helped us find financing that made it possible to surprise my mother in law with an entire new bathroom! The guys who came out did an incredible job on the bathroom and made the whole process so easy. They got the job done in less than 3 days. From start to finish, it was such a great experience. Can’t wait to work with them again next year on the outside of our home!
