"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

They took the time to understand what we wanted. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, although they ran into a few plumbing issues which caused a delay in finishing in two days, Eric Sokol the General Manager explained the issue and he and Sal the installer worked diligently to adjust and complete the installation. At all times, Eric and Sal were courteous, respectful of my home, and paid attention to every detail. My new bathroom looks beautiful, modern, and feels like a completely new space.
