"The appointment was made within 2 days of contacting them. The technician (Brian) was punctual for a 7:30 am appointment. Once there, Brian did a fantastic job of communicating the services that he was performing and kept me very informed about the status of the AC system. He found some issues that had been previously overlooked by former HVAC technicians and provided me with a very detailed understanding of what the outlook for my unit should be in the future. I noticed an immediate improvement in the cooling of the house as well as the air quality. Upon evaluating my AC he said I didnâ t need a repair or replacement but instead I needed to keep the AC at a consistent temp & keep window units on upstairs to supplement a system not designed to cool the whole house. I paid $133 for his service trip and that was all."
