BILL WILDMAN FLOOR COVERING

Got price quotes from 4 or 5 contractors. Most of the other contractors said I would need to bring in my own carpenter to repair the sub-floor. Bill Wildman's price was not the lowest but it included repairing the bathroom & kitchen sub-floor without needing to remove the bathtub. They started the job within a few weeks after I signed the contract. The initial installation left a lot of loose edges where the adhesive was not holding. They responded promptly to my complaints and came back several times and eventually got everything perfect.

I recently had my kitchen floor replaced.  Went to Bill Wildman on the recommendation of another friend.  From the minute I walked into his shop he was responsive to all my questions, concerns, offered recommendations, explained the different flooring types, prices, installation costs.   He also came to my home took measurements, explained what they would do, how much material was needed and several "incentives" added that I had not expected.   After taking home several samples and making my final decision, my order was placed and my floor removed and replaced within one week. The men he had come to my home were friendly, arrived on time and worked very clean.  When they left there was no need for me to clean up anything.  Bill emphasized that should I encounter any issues with the floor to contact him immediately.  I can highly recommend Bill, his business and the people he has working for him.

The material was very good material, but the people that came out to do the job didn't do the job correctly. They had to come back out to do certain areas again. I just felt it wasn't honest. He said there was 15 years of experience but a couple of guys said they only had a year. There was no reason to just not tell the truth. Some of the tile wasn't put down right and the molding wasn't put up right. However they did come out and fix it.

They took up carpeting in the family room, dining room and in a spare bedroom. They helped us move the furniture around. The workers were very courteous and they cleaned up any mess they made. They are very professional and honest. They have done other people in my family and it went well for them as well.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and the work they did was phenomenal!

BILL WILDMAN DID A GREAT JOB ON THE FLOOR. IT LOOKS GOOD AND THE TILES MATCH WELL FOR EACH ROOMS COLOR SCHEME. BILL IS A NICE GUY, BUT JUST A LITTLE HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH WHEN SCHEDULING TIMES FOR HIM TO COME AND WORK, BUT BILL IS A GREAT GUY.

I HAVE KNOWN MR. WILDMAN FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. HE IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK HE DID. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE PUNCTUALITY. IT HAS TAKEN A LOT LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THIS WORK.
