Customer service was excellent. Owner responded quickly to my phone calls and was very thorough in describing exactly what he was going to do and the exact price. His work was done as scheduled and the results were exactly as described.

Aside from good craftsmanship, the protection of adjacent areas was ,very thorough and effective.

He was able to schedule me in quick. He arrived on time and spent the entire day working on the tub with his one assistant. They were clean, quiet and efficient best part my tub looks brand new. Like previous reviews have stated; Lenny was quick to respond and very commuicative throughout the job. He even uncovered an issue from the previous tub resurfacing some decades ago and explained how to properly correct it before proceeding. He covered the entire area as others reported, proving his commitment to consistancy. The finish was amazing and other family members have expressed their extreme satisfaction. I had spent over 20 years in the building indusrtry from construction to sales and service to management and have learned through those relationships with various tradesman and organizations what to look for and expect from them and Lenny is one those who is at the top of his game; A solid 10. UPDATE 1/14/25: We recently had our sink repaired by this company, and the quality of the work is absolutely terrible. Almost immediately after the repair, the sink started chipping, and now the material is peeling off entirely. When we called to address the issue, the customer service was appalling. They were rude, aggressive, and practically shouting at us, making it clear they don?t stand behind their work at all. Do yourself a favor a call another company. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this business if you value quality and professionalism. ORIGINAL COMMENT: The entire area was covered ,so no overspray would occur . The final product look great and I was given written instructions on what to expect & how to care for the new surface.

Lenny was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was very communicative throughout the decision making process. Once he was onsite, he took great care of the space surrounding the sink/wrapped all fixtures in paper prior to starting work. The chip and crack in our porcelain sink was quickly repaired in a few hours.
