I hired them to fix a previous refinished laminated countertop. I am dealing with the supervisor Alan and office by emails for about 2 months. The previous issues are still visible and now after 3 times coming to fix their mistakes the countertop looks much worse than before hiring them. Now has damages all over, no shine, and the mixing products are not getting dry. I would like to ask Home Adviser to help me because they treat me as they are doing me a favor ... promise to contact and do not do it ... saying is easy to fix but every time looks worse than before... no one takes responsibility in the office ... saying just the supervisor and he is all the time out of town ... I have pictures how the countertop was before their work then after first work they had done ... then the second time ... and last Tuesday Alan promised someone will contact me to do the repairs this week and a week later no contact at all. If they are not able to fix the previous job that I paid them to do it and even their mistakes damaging even more my countertop I request they return my money because it is too long time waiting and dealing with their attention
