"Amazing. YES - you pay a lot - but they rocked, their solution rocked, and the installation was flawless. We just built a brand new home and the builder put in the cheapest 24" deep sump pump possible. We live in an area known for basement flooding so I did my research - had several companies come in - and settled on Connecticut Basement Systems. But my LORD - expensive. But now I know why. Their crew of 3 showed up and laid down plastic mat from our front door all the way down to the basement (at least 200'). It was over kill - but then I saw why. They had to dig a 36" deep pit and a wider hole - and brought up all the mess in buckets. NOT A SINGLE DROP ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR OR ONE THE WAY UP THE STAIRS. In fact - if you didn't see the high tech 3 pump sump pump they installed - you would have never known they were there. EVERYONE was super nice and answered all my many questions. I just spent a year in **** building a new home - and this was the best experience I've had with a contractor in 10 years. Pay the bucks - great product - great installation - great service."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"This was a small project to convert a second outside faucet from town water to well water. Plumber and assistant, both friendly and polite, arrived two hours late because of a very difficult job prior to mine which took much longer than anticipated. I was called and made aware of that fact. That was not a problem for me because my job was small and not urgent. The work was completed in about an hour from start to finish. The work is high quality and well done. Cleanup was complete. Cost was surprisingly good at only $214 total; much less then the original estimate. This company is HIGHLY recommended! Thanks guys!
