"Budget Dry installed a sump pump about 6 hears ago. They have serviced the pump and batteries once a year. We already had drainage pipes in our basement and an inexpensive sump pump. After one of the hurricanes, they extended the drainage to other parts of the basement including near the furnace. They also installed a commercial sump pump with a battery back up. Since then we have had no problems with water in the basement. They only expanded our existing pipes. Other companies gave us estimates to redo everything at a much higher cost. Other companies also included estimates to redo the entire basement. They are efficient."

"Amazing. YES - you pay a lot - but they rocked, their solution rocked, and the installation was flawless. We just built a brand new home and the builder put in the cheapest 24" deep sump pump possible. We live in an area known for basement flooding so I did my research - had several companies come in - and settled on Connecticut Basement Systems. But my LORD - expensive. But now I know why. Their crew of 3 showed up and laid down plastic mat from our front door all the way down to the basement (at least 200'). It was over kill - but then I saw why. They had to dig a 36" deep pit and a wider hole - and brought up all the mess in buckets. NOT A SINGLE DROP ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR OR ONE THE WAY UP THE STAIRS. In fact - if you didn't see the high tech 3 pump sump pump they installed - you would have never known they were there. EVERYONE was super nice and answered all my many questions. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. "This was a small project to convert a second outside faucet from town water to well water. Plumber and assistant, both friendly and polite, arrived two hours late because of a very difficult job prior to mine which took much longer than anticipated. I was called and made aware of that fact. That was not a problem for me because my job was small and not urgent. The work was completed in about an hour from start to finish.
