Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
The previous comment was not correct by ANGI. Ed the plumber was very rude and unprofessional. When he arrived at our home , he did not have booties and mask. I offered him a mask and he complained about coming at all. He used an auger to unclog our kitchen sink but told me it was not long enough. He filled our kitchen sink with water and it overflowing water in our dishwasher and spilled on the floor. The dishwasher was damaged and by his negligence. He wanted to get paid even though he did not unclog our kitchen sink. He complained that he has to pay $50.00 to ANGI and wanted cash. I only had $46.00 cash and I paid him. He left complaining all the way. The dishwasher would not turn on and I spent $130.00 to have it fixed. The appliance tech confirmed Ed caused the damage to the dishwasher. Either he or ANGI should reimburse me for the damage to my dishwasher.

"This is a response that I had to have for these people that posted another false comment against me and my profile! This guy is so full of crap his eyes are Brown, and if their dishwasher tech told him that that means the dishwasher tech is either lying or inept!. Funny thing is that he failed to mention the fact that his sink was already full of water with the plunger in it when I arrived that they were using, and the other funny thing is that dishwashers have a check valve in the drain line to prevent stuff from coming into the dishwasher, so it could not flood in case of a drain back up! Goes to show you that people just lie, lie, lie. I"

The gentleman came out and tried to unclog my kitchen sink, but that failed. He then filled the sink with water, which then fell into the dishwasher. He was very rude, and I had to pay him $46. "The people here are the ones that are rude not me the contractor. First off, Angies asked me to go out of my territory by quite a bit to help these people because they already had another contractor there and they could not unclog the customer who stupidly put lemon and lime rinds down the garbage disposal, so it would smell better, You just cant fix stupid! All anybody has to do is look at all of my five star reviews and you can see that this 10 cent millionaire thinks that he is entitled to cheat me the contractor for money! That?s all I gotta say, this guy is a liar, pretty bad one too!"

Ed is very skilled and very experienced. A great guy to deal with as well. He was here over the course of 2 days and fixed my problem that roto-rooter could not. All for what I thought was a very reasonable price. He's #1 on Angi for a reason!!!

Edward and Kim gave me an impression that they have the rich knowledge and skills to understand the system of septic tank and pipes. They explained the situation by jumping to the bottom of the problem, different method than most contractors who just talked and used their guessworks. They were willing to dig into the problem in the first thing to find out what is the problem. They found it on moment and went ahead once I agreed orally. They solved it right away! I am relieved and grateful for them to get this problem resolved within the right moment! Their price is reasonable .

Ed Heath showed up on Sunday to see why I hadnâ t any water pressure and determined my well water pump needed replacement. He made plans to have it replaced the next. Got all the right people to get the job done. It was wonderful.

"This self-proclaimed "Christian" complained that I took too long to solve his problem and that my price was a little high whereas if he had called any of my competitors, any of them, he would have paid a lot more so some people are never happy no matter what you do for them despite them saying that they have a good heart! Yet he wanted me to give him a price and put in new piping for him because whoever the previous plumber was that did his kitchen sink drain put no slope/pitch in the pipe but he did not complain about that But I will not be doing that job because he does not appreciate good work at a fair and valued price! Look at all my others."

Guy came right out and was on site with in the hour. New immediately what the problem was and recommended several solutions including one where he could install a clean out where I would never need to call anyone ever again. Inspected and serviced my septic tank and brought it up to code increasing the value of my property. I would definitely recommend Integrity Plumbing and Drain Service.

My kitchen sink was completely clogged. Edward came out right away to diagnose and present a solution. He came back after getting materials to complete the job by removing existing clogged pipe and replacing them with new ones. He even fixed my oil filter leak when he was here. It’s hard these days to find skilled plumbers that you can trust, are reliable, and won’t gouge you on price. Edward checks the box for each one. Would highly recommend and will call him in the future for the next plumbing project I have.
