We asked him to replace a toilet with a quality water-saving model, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a model, which he purchased and brought with him. It was a great choice. He also was helpful in answering other questions that we had. Plus, his price for the replacement was one-third less than the giant home repair company that had done similar work a year before. "Amazing. YES - you pay a lot - but they rocked, their solution rocked, and the installation was flawless. We just built a brand new home and the builder put in the cheapest 24" deep sump pump possible. We live in an area known for basement flooding so I did my research - had several companies come in - and settled on Connecticut Basement Systems. But my LORD - expensive. But now I know why. Their crew of 3 showed up and laid down plastic mat from our front door all the way down to the basement (at least 200'). It was over kill - but then I saw why. They had to dig a 36" deep pit and a wider hole - and brought up all the mess in buckets. NOT A SINGLE DROP ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR OR ONE THE WAY UP THE STAIRS. In fact - if you didn't see the high tech 3 pump sump pump they installed - you would have never known they were there. EVERYONE was super nice and answered all my many questions. I just spent a year in **** building a new home - and this was the best experience I've had with a contractor in 10 years. Pay the bucks - great product - great installation - great service."

"This was a small project to convert a second outside faucet from town water to well water. Plumber and assistant, both friendly and polite, arrived two hours late because of a very difficult job prior to mine which took much longer than anticipated. I was called and made aware of that fact. That was not a problem for me because my job was small and not urgent. The work was completed in about an hour from start to finish. The work is high quality and well done. Cleanup was complete. Cost was surprisingly good at only $214 total; much less then the original estimate. This company is HIGHLY recommended! Thanks guys!
