Besim is not only a master craftsman, heâ s an artist with a keen eye and an attention to detail is unparalleled. He and his brother and their crew are very neat and clean up after themselves. He built me a new tiled master bath and 1/2 bath, custom cabinets with quartz counter tops, medicine cabinet and hardwood floors. After all this he painted the entire condo!! He is truly a master or his craft! There isnâ t anything he canâ t do!

I had BD redo my trim and swap it from often rotten wood to PVC. They did a phenomenal job. Bessim was very communicative throughout the process and followed our instructions extremely well. They have great attention to detail and really made sure they didn't leave anything unfinished. Even after we had already made the final payment Bessim reached out to schedule a time for him to come fix some of the smaller detailing or paint chips that had occurred due to weather. During the job we were ready to uncover some surprises that would incur extra cost. They were very good at discussing the cost of various options (including doing nothing) with us before doing something they may want to get paid extra for; making sure it was always clear to us what service we were getting and what we had paid for.

There are so many positives to working with Besim, Dem and the rest of their crew. They finished the job as quickly as they could, the work was extremely high quality and detailed and they came in on budget. They are also great guys. We have already recommended them to others.

Besim and his brother Dem were great. I had flooring installed and my kitchen cabinets painted and they both look fantastic. If I could give Besim and his team 10 stars, I would! As a new homeowner, I had a variety of different projects from small kitchen fixes, repairing drywall, painting the interior and exterior of the house, redoing the lavatory, to building out an entirely new fireplace mantel in our sunroom. Besim and his team are prompt, diligent, friendly and so hard working. Each project was clearly defined and completed exactly how I expected. Besim has called electricians, plumbers and gutter repair experts when we have needed them. Heâ s like the wizard of home improvement! Above all, I really trust him to make sure that the job is done just right. He has a keen eye and ensures everything is right with no detail overlooked. I look forward to working with Besim on many more projects - I wouldnâ t work with anyone else!

Besim responded to my request on Home Advisor within minutes. He came out that very same day to take a look at the project which consisted of patching paint that was bubbling and flaking in multiple areas of a 5-building townhouse complex. The quote that he provided that same evening was extremely reasonable. Once hired, his team came out on the day they promised and was right on time. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day and most importantly did a very good job. Besim and his entire team were very easy to work with and responded within a timely manner to questions. I highly recommend BD Builders and plan to make them our go to professionals when we need work around the buildings or as individual home-owners.

Besim and his associate were professional, neat, precise, and their work was top quality. Besim took the time to understand the scope of the many repair projects that needed to happen, and clarified where necessary in advance. His painter was very meticulous and left no unwanted marks, mess, or stray paint. They both cleaned up the various work areas afterward. Besim helped keep costs down by using my material where possible. Throughout the work there was no ambiguity about what the work entailed, which can otherwise be a concern when the contractor doesn't take the time to understand the needs. Where the scope changed, Besim was reasonable in deciding whether to charge additional or to just include. Besim also had an understanding of the right materials for the job, repairing poor craftmanship from previous others had done. I would absolutely hire Besim again.
