Jason was very professional and communicative through the entire process. He was very thorough and fairly priced. I was very pleased with his quality of work. It's hard to find reliable people like this that respond, show up, and complete the job. I absolutely will hire him again! He power washed my house, declogged a gutter on the roof (37 feet high), and removed and replaced some vinyl siding.

Communication was great and the job was done well. I am very happy with the result.

We did not want to submit a wholly negative review for Jason Troisi because he is a talented designer and landscaper. But, considering the way our experience working with him ended, he does not deserve a glowing review. His crew did a lot of work on our property which was all well done, but for the purposes of this review, I will focus on the pond he created for us and how that turned out. Jason designed, built, and landscaped a beautiful 8x 12 pond and waterfall. We began to feel unsettled when we paid him for a brand new pond filter and he showed up with something he Gerry-rigged himself. The problem was there was no easy way to clean it. Jason suggested we climb into the pond ourselves each week to clean the filter. Yes, climb into the pond! My 78-year-old husband actually did this twice and then had to stop because of an unrelated back injury. So, getting into the pond to clean the filter fell to me the following week. I am 75. Getting in and out of the pond was extremely awkward and not something I ever imagined I would have to be doing. It is an INSANE thing to expect your customers to do something like this! There was also a problem with the water flow for the waterfall. We texted and called Jason routinely from early August through the end of September asking him to contact us. He has NEVER RESPONDED!! His communication was never great, but this behavior is unbelievably unprofessional. We have been totally abandoned. We cannot recommend him.

I was very pleased to be able to contact the owner on a Saturday. He had his team here Monday and they seemed to work well. I am now waiting for the results of the aeration. I am optimistic. Feels like a good outfit.

Jason is incredibly knowledgeable about gardening, flowers, bushes and trees and works hard to do what's best for his clients. He and his team worked hard and made a wonderful difference in our yard. We highly recommend Bluegrass!
