Legacy renovations and pool service performed unlicensed work and failed poorly They also tried to use ( a different pool company license) which has been uncovered by Consumer Protection Agency and has been given violations and fines after getting caught. Not only did they ruin our pool and equipment they tried to even get more money from us senior citizens knowing full well they were UNLICENSED . This company is unprofessional and took advantage of our kindness Now we have to hire another company to fix the DAMAGE they created Homeowners BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

The legacy team are an excellent full pool service, building and remodelling company ! The owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional . The pool maintenance crew are well mannered gentleman ! The crew assigned to us enter our home politely , do their work quietly and they clean up upon exit . They are very gracious on greeting and departures . The legacy team members arrived timely each scheduled appointment (which is a huge success to us overall) and each time on arrival or departure legacy staff would keep us posted on work performed and completed and timeline of next steps . We had received multiple quotes for the work we needed. We choose legacy for several reasons , one, because of their fair competitive pricing and the other because of their teams abilities are aligned with each other that Legacy outshined others in the customer service arena ! Their work has been outstanding . They have not disappointed us at any step of the process . . We strongly recommend LEGACY POOLS and because of them we enjoyed our Memorial Day timely pool opening (minus the rain ) ! We look forward to enjoying our 2024 pool season !
