Once Darby and his crew showed up on site, it was like a swarm of bees took over our property. Every person, to the person, was motivated and focused on our job. Incredibly professional and polite and after each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the job site as if the property was their own! Darby was there during the entire 4 day job watching every detail of the work and was always available to answer questions. It was clear that he had the respect of his crew and that surely was due to the respect he had for them. To watch the way he interacted with his crew was really amazing. He wasn't just managing our project, he was managing the people that represent him and the company and it was clear that he admired and respected the work they did. When we did the final walk through, Darby was very insistent on completing everything on the final punch list so that it was perfect. It was as if he was working on his own Dad's house! The boss, Edgar, personally reached out to confirm the arrival of his crew. He even delivered the materials to fix the roof himself! Edgar took the time to show how his crew had replaced the roof under the guidance of the previous owner. The next day, the crew was back and quickly installed the new roof edge. They were very easy to communicate with, and under Edgar's guidance, I feel like we are in good hands should anything else come up with our roof and gutters!"
