I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. After completing that, without being asked he did some troubleshooting on our pellet stove that had a total power failure. In less than fifteen minutes he found the problem that was a $25 part. The only other company in our area that services this particular stove wanted $150 travel and $370 in diagnostic fees just to come look at it. A true professional, as long as he is in business he will have ours."
