SCHLUETER HEATING

I've worked with Carl for years on both our home and our rental. He's simply the best there is. Gets the repair done quickly and correctly, very reasonable pricing and incredibly honest. Another key issue is that Carl has been fabulous in coming out ASAP when I needed an immediate repair (broken furnace in winter). Highly recommended.

This was the second time that I hired Mr. Schlueter for heating and HVAC services. In both service calls, Mr. Schlueter was very thorough and knowledgeable, and solved my problems quickly at the reasonable cost.
Mr. Schlueter's was referred to me by a friend who works at a HVAC wholesale store. He deals with contractors everyday.  When I needed a A/C repair recommendation, he told me that Mr. Schlueter was the person to go to. 
The problem I had was that the A/C kept running all the time but very little cooling. Mr. Schlueter diagnosed  the problem quickly and accurately. He noticed the frosting on the freon return pipe and determine that there was not enough air flowing through the A-coil. He opened up the A-coil sheet metal, and found that A-coil was not only dirty, but also tilted incorrectly. He cleaned it up, re-seated A-coil , re-sealed the sheet metal, checked the freon pressure and cooling temperature, made sure everything worked as expected before he left.
