"M&H saved our bacon. We had so many problems with a prior hvac sizing and install and they came out, *told* us the problems (which hadn't even been explained to us before) and gave us real options to fix the whole system. The house has never been more equally conditioned. Since then, we've had M&H as our regular checkup and inspector and they continue to deliver fixes that keep us running as needed. Thanks!"

"New Era HVAC was amazing! I own a small business that has a very challenging environment to work around. Jared was extremely professional and minimized the disruption to our routine. We have large warehouse heaters. A few years ago we had one installed by another company. They left a huge mess, took 2 1/2 days to do the work and had no regard for disrupting our business. In contrast, when Jared replaced the second one he was done in one day, left the area clean and neat when he left, and was extremely accommodating with us. We have also had a tankless water heater replaced by New Era and had the same experience. Professional, honest, and reliable - you will not find a better company out there!!"

He took time to answer all questions and went out of his way to offer suggestions and make sure I understood everything.. This company is totally competent although their prices seem a bit high. However, their service is great and worth the price since I've never had to call them back with a complaint."
