Habib and team did such a fantastic job with overhauling our HVAC system at home. From the beginning, Habib was attentive and courteous as he walked through the limitation of my old AC unit and furnace. He used metrics and data to determine things like load and static pressure and patiently walked through all that with me so that I understood exactly why my old system was undersized and how a new system would benefit our home. Habib and his crew were great on the day of install. They arrived on time and Habib continually was keeping me up to date on the progress of the work. They replaced the old plenum I had because of airflow issues, replaced the furnace, and replaced the old AC unit with a new variable speed inverter heat pump. Throughout the install they were courteous and made sure they were keeping the job clean. After the install, Habib followed up with me a few times to make sure everything was operating as intended and offered to stop by to check on the system to make sure everything was good. So impressed with the level of service and care that Comfair provides. The new system made such a difference in terms of cooling in our house. I'm excited to see how the heating is once the winter comes around. I can't recommend Comfair enough for HVAC needs.

Habib was very punctual on getting back to me in a timely manner (within a hour after I initially contacted him), when I needed emergency assistance with my AC unit. He provided exceptional service, and even went above and beyond when the warranty service I had denied my claim. As Habib personally took care of me and made things right, when that wasn’t even something he had to do. He truly just wants to provide you with the service you need and deserve.
