Hired Richard to do a carbon monoxide checks on furnace and hot water heater. After completing that, without being asked he did some troubleshooting on our pellet stove that had a total power failure. In less than fifteen minutes he found the problem that was a $25 part. The only other company in our area that services this particular stove wanted $150 travel and $370 in diagnostic fees just to come look at it. A true professional, as long as he is in business he will have ours.

I was afraid to bring someone out because last time the tech said the furnace needed replacing and he was positive that carbon monoxide was leaking. I got a meter & checked all over the house and there was no leakage. So, had not furnace cleaned for a few years because of that situation. Recently the furnace was making strange noises and ; I chose Richard as his profile said he likes to work on old furnaces and does not recommend replacing unless it is necessary. Richard cleaned checked the furnace. He checked for carbon monoxide leaking & said all was good. We ended up with a reasonable cleaning/checking fee and the furnace does not need replacing. Our furnace is 33 years old!!!

My furnace needed repair for the blower that was not engaging. Happy Valley responded to my request to Angie and came here after their last job. It was not the obvious blower motor, but a failing plug-in capacitor that caused the malfunction. There were no ancillary trip or hourly add-on charges.Replacing the part fixed it at less cost than the blower motor. So my heat is back in a days time with an honest repair, and before the weekend.

Richard was able to come out, diagnose and repair my heat pump issue in quick time. Great pricing and a great guy, would highly recommend him for your HVAC repairs!

Richard was very nice. He was prompt knowledgeable and kind of easy-going. He gave me three different choices to fix and or upgrade my AC unit. I thought it was thoughtful to take the time to figure it all out. I definitely recommend.
