So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. Home repair is never a pleasant experience but 3 times over the last decade, this business has given me peace of mind and fixed all issues quickly and professionally. Richard Gainer

I'm grateful that this company does sprinklers, because every sprinkler company is booked for months right now. They were able to come out the next day, and Chad C was absolutely excellent. He really went above and beyond with fixing our sprinkler system. Other companies we've used did superficial quick fixes when there were bigger underlying problems. Chad was incredibly thorough: he took the time to figure out and really understand what was wrong, fixed and replaced parts, then made sure the whole system was functioning perfectly. He was very friendly and professional, and we are so grateful for the work he did. Thank you!

Went to take a shower this morning but no hot water. Pilot light was out and I couldn't get it to stay lit. Called several other companies and none of them could come out for at least several days. Was able to schedule service with Time Plumbing within a couple of hours, and when Chad came out he agreed it was the thermocouple that had gone bad. Had it replaced and tested within the hour. Was also very helpful with a variety of questions I had. I'd hire them again! Now, on to that hot shower!

Chad Cooper electrician, was our tech this visit. Very professional and polite. We have used Time for plumbing issues before, many times and Love the Plumber Anthony. First time using the Company for electrical. Chad again was wonderful. No one wants to. make these calls for repairs of any kind, but whenever Time comes out for any issues in our home, we are completely satisfied and glad they are so professional. They are excellent. Justin J. did a fantastic job. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and kept my house clean by putting down drop cloths etc. Justin fixed the leaky pipe very quickly and although my drain was all rusty and being very annoying he kept at it to save me money by not going through the toilet and his hardwork paid off for me. I use Time Plumbing for any plumbing need which is usually an emergency and they always do an excellent job at a good price.

He explained everything that he was doing. Have gave me a lot of information for preventative measures, like dos and don'ts, like not using the Clorox blue tabs. He cleaned up after himself. He did overall fabulous job.

The service technician, Chad, was punctual, professional, and efficient. After diagnosing the source of the sprinkler line leak, and discovering there were a couple more leaks nearby, he kept me updated on the issues and his recommended repairs. The extensiveness of the leak was larger than I expected, but I really appreciated Chad's thorough review of the whole area to identify every leak while he had the area uncovered. I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, because you can pay for water leaks now (by repairing them) or you can pay for them later (while they are "leaking" money from your wallet). I will be using Time Plumbing again and requesting Chad and have already passed his information on to my friends.

I will call them back because they need to address this, but they are just so expensive. And, the way they sold this job and represented the work was very deceptive. They gave me a price for the partial section, and unfortunately I didn't check other prices because of the urgency of the situation. I should have gotten other bids. Once they were in to the work they gave me a price for the whole line if I agreed immediately. I later found out I could have had that section done for a little over half of what they charged me. They basically got half of the total cost for replacement for just doing a small section. I felt pressured because they wanted an answer immediately.

"I am sory to hear this, our technicians are not paid on comission so they have no incentitive to oversell. There are many sewer companys that lowball the price on the front end. Than after starting the job find a way to double or tripple the price to do the same work that was originaly qouted. This never happens with us and our prices for completed work is very competitive. If we do a sewer repair and there is any settling we always return and ad more soil."

.This company has changed names and ownership. When I called, they identified themselves as Time Apple Tree Plumbing. I decided to have them do the work anyway. When the plumber, Ben, arrived he told me up front the actual charge would be 165.00. He had been informed I have a 50.00 off coupon from their website. This included the service call preferred rate of 35.00. I had been told on the phone it would be 40.00.
I might add when I searched Aloha Plumbing, it automatically took me to Time AppleTree Pumbing. Their charges were high for the work done. The plumber was very professional, so have no complaints.
