He explained what needed to be done and offered to do it. He made no attempt to "upsell' us on anything. He stayed until the project was completed to our satisfaction. He was well organized, professional and trustworthy. Trustworthiness is the most important thing, without that I might as well have tried to fix it myself. I know that wouldn't have ended well. If you hire a company with a fleet of fancy trucks and prime time TV ads, you can be fairly sure that the service tech will , at some point, magically transform into a a salesman.
