Avoid this company at all costs if you?re getting a heat pump. They?ll tell you whatever you want to hear, hide the truth about rebates, and then ghost you when things go wrong. Mighty promised to ?handle all the paperwork? for our Xcel rebate ? turns out, they never even submitted it. When we called Xcel, they had zero record of anything. When we confronted Mighty, they swore they?d submit it that day. Weeks later? Still nothing. Just silence. If you do take the risk, get every single thing in writing. Every promise, every date, every detail. Because once they get paid, you?re on your own.

After two hours, mighty plumbing could not diagnose and repair my hot water boiler heating system. After two hours I was told their labor charge was $450 per hour. Mighty plumbing was paid $600 at their request and was asked to stop their efforts and leave because it was clear that they did have the ability to repair my system. They requested payment for accomplishing nothing. I would not recommend Mighty Plumbing for diagnosis or repair of a hot water heating system.
