We have large warehouse heaters. A few years ago we had one installed by another company. They left a huge mess, took 2 1/2 days to do the work and had no regard for disrupting our business. In contrast, when Jared replaced the second one he was done in one day, left the area clean and neat when he left, and was extremely accommodating with us. I mentioned that I need to get a few other estimates before committing. In response, Alex said that most people find out that his prices are competitive. I would have preferred that Alex said, "Great idea! That's a lot of money and it's always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion"...or something like that.
