The repairman diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator fairly quickly and gave me the quote. He needed to get the parts and came back the next morning and promptly completed the repair. The refrigerator works perfectly now as it did when it was brand new. The repairman was professional and courteous and I believe the price was quite fair. I kept his business card in case I need them again.

I asked Mohammed who was on a job to call me before he came to my house. He ignored that and called me saying he was on the way (not good). When he arrived he took the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer. He said the temp was -2 and -5 on his temp gun. I asked him if that was Fahrenheit or Celsius. He said Fahrenheit. He proceeded to tell me to turn down the temperature setting for both the refrigerator and freezer which made no sense to me. He was at my house for between 5 and 10 minutes. He said I owed him $70 for the service charge. I wrote him a check for the $70. I think he was wrong and want the service charge of $70 back!

"Hi Mike, I don?t know why are you unhappy for honest diagnosis that we provide and only charge our diagnose fee and trip charge. Every thing was okay with your refrigerator and per your statement the freezer door was left open, that caused warmer temperature in freezer. I thought I explained everything and you convinced. Yeah the temperature was Fahrenheit. If you have questions we are more than happy to answer our customers? questions."

He did the initial check, got the part and had my ice maker working in less than 24 hours. I kept his card to call if I have any other appliance issues or service needed.
